What makes this different

This is not a Copilot feature demo. Every scenario is a real Marketing situation Contoso faces, and every activity ends with a usable output or a live tool your team can use tomorrow morning. Five supplementary scenarios are available if time permits.

Three core activities

Core 1 · Campaign Launch Coach

Research the next 24-hour launch window, draft the announcement email, calculate channel mix, and pull a stakeholder briefing — all in one Copilot Chat session.

Core 2 · Content Pitch Coach

Microsoft’s pre-built Pitch Coach agent runs on a prompt curated by Marketing leadership. Pick any blog or campaign brief from a curated list of 3, paste it in, answer two follow-up questions, and walk away with a structured pitch that actually works.

Core 3 · Build a Brand Voice Agent

Use the M365 Copilot Agent Builder to build a self-service Brand Voice assistant. Feed it your tone-of-voice guide and three approved campaign emails — your team gets on-brand copy in seconds.

Try it yourself

Prompt to try in Copilot Chat:

“Act as a Campaign Launch Coach. We’re launching [PRODUCT] on [DATE] to [AUDIENCE]. Draft a 24-hour launch checklist covering email, LinkedIn, web banner, and internal comms. For each channel, suggest the headline, the call-to-action, and the time of day to publish. Reference Contoso’s brand voice: confident, plainspoken, no jargon.”

What to look for

  • Does the checklist cover all four channels?
  • Are the headlines on-brand (no jargon, confident tone)?
  • Did Copilot suggest a publishing schedule, not just content?

Stretch goal

Ask Copilot to turn the checklist into a table you can paste into Excel, with columns for Channel · Asset · Owner · Publish time · Status.
