Before you begin

  1. Sign in to Microsoft 365 with your work account
  2. Open Copilot Chat at m365.cloud.microsoft/chat
  3. Download the sample files for your first session
  4. Block 60–90 minutes on your calendar — these sessions are hands-on

  3. Core 3 — Build a Brand Voice Agent
  4. Supplementary — Analytics Recap (when you have campaign data ready)

Tips

Don’t paste confidential data into public AI tools — use work Copilot only.

  • Treat the prompts as a starting point. Tweak them with your team’s voice and context.
  • If a result looks off, refine the prompt rather than starting over. Iterate.
